چکیده

sulfated titania nanoparticles (so42-/tio2 nps) were synthesized using titanium tetraisopropoxide (ttip) by the sol-gel method. the structure and morphology of the prepared nanocatalyst was characterized using x-ray diffraction (xrd), scanning electron microscopy (sem) and brunauer–emmett–teller (bet) methods as well as fourier transform infrared (ft-ir) and energy dispersive x-ray (edx) spectroscopy. the obtained nanoparticles were used as an efficient, reusable and environmentally friendly catalyst for the synthesis of polyhydroquinoline (phq) derivatives via a one-pot multicomponent reaction of various aldehydes, ammonium acetate and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds under reflux conditions. the desired hantzsch esters were obtained in good to excellent yields and short reaction times. the so42- /tio2 nps could be recycled at least three times without significant loss of their catalytic activity.

BiFeO3 Magnetic Nanoparticles: A Novel, Efficient and Reusable Magnetic Catalyst for the Synthesis of Polyhydroquinoline Derivatives

Herein, it has been shown that the bismuth ferrite magnetic nanoparticles (BFO-MNPs) are new, efficient and recyclable catalysts for the synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives by the Hantzsch reaction. The one-pot four-component cyclocondensation reaction of dimedone, aromatic aldehydes, ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate was carried out under solvent-free conditions. The...

Nanocrystalline TiO2 as an efficient and reusable catalyst for the one-pot synthesis of polyhydroquinolien derivatives via Hantzsch reaction

An efficient synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives was reported via four-component coupling reactions of aldehydes, 1,3-dicarbonyl ketones (dimedone or 1,3-cyclohexanedione), ethyl acetoacetate or methyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate in the presence of a catalytic amount of nanocrystalline TiO2 under solvent free conditions. The reported method is mild, rapid and has the advantages su...
